1. Introduction

At Skyxaronghep, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Grace of Movement. This Return Policy outlines your rights regarding returns and refunds in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplag).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

3.1 Refund

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

3.2 Refund Timeline

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we receive back the goods you returned, or
  • 14 days after the day you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier

3.3 Refund Method

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Returning the Products

4.1 Return Responsibility

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

4.3 Return Costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

4.4 Product Condition

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Products should be returned:

  • In their original packaging, if possible
  • With all seals intact (for unsealed products, see Section 5)
  • With any accessories, documentation, or free gifts that were included

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items
  • Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which have been unsealed after delivery

Please note: Dietary supplements with broken seals may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

6.1 Legal Guarantee

Under EU consumer law, you are entitled to a legal guarantee that goods are in conformity with the contract. If you receive a product that:

  • Is defective or damaged
  • Does not match the description
  • Is different from what you ordered

You have rights that go beyond the 14-day withdrawal period.

6.2 Remedies for Non-Conformity

If a product is not in conformity with the contract, you are entitled to:

  • Have the goods brought into conformity (repair or replacement)

We will arrange for return shipping at our expense for defective or incorrectly shipped products.

Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and availability.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken hygiene seals (unless defective)
  • Products that have been used or consumed
  • Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period (unless defective)
  • Products not purchased from our Website

10. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at request@skyxaronghep.world. If we can cancel the order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, you must follow the standard return process.
